Terms and Conditions

  1. Setup Date: Exhibit area will be available for set‐up from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, 4/28/26 for all vendors.
    • Vendors opting to exhibit during the Tuesday DNA workshop may set up from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, 4/27/26

  3. Exhibit Dates: Meeting Exhibition is from 7:00 am Tuesday, 4/28/2026 through 1:00 pm on Friday, 5/1/2026.
    • DNA Workshop is Tuesday, the Main Exhibition is Wednesday through Friday

  4. Space Assignment: Exhibition space will be assigned by the Seminar committee, based upon exhibitor preference and by the date of receipt of contract and payment.

  5. Registration: Please refer to the vendor sponsorship packages as they list the benefits included, such as: • Exhibition space (6‐foot table with linen, electrical outlet, chair, and wireless internet access)
    • Meals from Wednesday to Friday for one (breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks)
    • Digital advertising (during event activities, in CAC publication(s), and on the CAC website)
    • Special event tickets (wine and cheese reception on 4/29/2026 and banquet on 4/30/2026)

  6. Shipping Requirements: Vendors are responsible for transporting all materials to the hotel. If packages need to be shipped to the hotel, please contact us to make arrangements. Pallets cannot be secured. The hotel may assess a handling fee, and items must be labeled with:

    GUEST AND CONFERENCE SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
    Any material shipped to Temecula Creek Inn will be delivered to assigned location. In order for this to be expedited, it is essential that all shipments reflect group name. Failure to do so may result in a delay in receipt of materials.

    HANDLING AND STORAGE CHARGES:
    Charges will be assessed for all packages/boxes handled by Temecula Creek Inn.
    $5.00 for each package/box 0-10 lbs
    $10.00 for each package/box 11-25 lbs
    $20.00 for each package/box 26-100 lbs
    $35.00 for each package/box over 101 lbs
    The aforementioned fees include all handling and storage of boxes 1 week prior to group arrival: delivery to requested meeting room(s) and back for pick-up by selected carrier: and storage up to 2 days after group departs.
    A $25.00 minimum fee per group per day will be charged for shipments arriving more than 7 days prior to the group’s arrival and/or for packages being stored for more than 2 days after group’s departure.

    Temecula Creek Inn is not responsible for damaged items or any delay in receipt or delivery of conference materials, or any special handling fees assessed by a carrier, due to inadequate or improper labeling of conference materials. Any material shipped to Temecula Creek Inn will be delivered to the assigned location. In order for this to be expedited, it is essential that all shipments reflect the group name. Failure to do so may result in a delay in receipt of materials.

    Limitation of Liability: The California Association of Criminalists (CAC) will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage, including that by fire and theft, which may occur to an exhibitor or his agents or employee, or to their property or wares, arising from any cause whatsoever, prior, during, or after the period of this exhibit. By registering for this event, each exhibitor expressly understands that they release the CAC from and agrees to indemnify it against all claims for any such loss, injury, or damage.

  7. Refunds: Refunds will not be issued unless a substitute exhibitor can be found (processing fees will not be refunded). Please call if you are unable to attend.

  8. Break Down: Exhibits must be taken down by 1:00 pm on Friday, May 1, 2026.

  9. Accommodations: Seminar hotel room rate of $175.00 + taxes and fees. This rate will be honored until April 6, 2026. For reservations, call (844) 382‐7774 (mention CAC) or use the hotel reservation link.

  10. Additional Requests: It is our goal to accommodate your needs as much as possible. Therefore, it is very important that we are made aware of any additional requests PRIOR to the seminar.
